Win a signed copy of John Whitaker The Legend

Enter to be in with a chance of winning this special signed copy of the book.
Few sportsmen can claim to have stayed at the top of their game for 50 years, but 69-year-old John Whitaker has no intention of hanging up his boots just yet. Nor should he. The showjumper can still hold his own amongst the sport’s elite and has been a regular member of the British team for almost this entire period.
Later this month he will be competing at the London International Horse Show held at the ExCel from 18-22nd December against many of the top riders in the world. It’s a show he first competed at in 1976 and has attended almost every year since.
And, to celebrate his life, a new book: John Whitaker, The Legend, his story told to Sarah Peacocke, has been published, priced £18.99, plus P&P. It is available at: www.thelegend.com, but Countryside has a special signed copy to give away to one lucky reader.
