Chicken with wensleydale cheese - wensleydale creamery_32900

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
50g (2oz) Yorkshire Wensleydale and cranberries cheese, crumbled

Method

Heat oven to 180°c/Gas Mark 4.
Cut a pocket in the chicken breast and stuff with the Yorkshire Wensleydale and cranberries cheese.
Place chicken in a baking dish.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
