Chicken with wensleydale cheese - wensleydale creamery_32900

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 50g (2oz) Yorkshire Wensleydale and cranberries cheese, crumbled

Method

  1. Heat oven to 180°c/Gas Mark 4.
  2. Cut a pocket in the chicken breast and stuff with the Yorkshire Wensleydale and cranberries cheese.
  3. Place chicken in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
