Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 50g (2oz) Yorkshire Wensleydale and cranberries cheese, crumbled
Method
- Heat oven to 180°c/Gas Mark 4.
- Cut a pocket in the chicken breast and stuff with the Yorkshire Wensleydale and cranberries cheese.
- Place chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
