Yoghurt and oat ice cream

  • 45g oats
  • 120ml whole milk
  • 500ml plain yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 180g dried cranberries, cherries, or other dried fruit

Remember to look for the Red Tractor logo or British flag when shopping for your ingredients. 


  1. In a medium bowl, stir all the ingredients together and combine well. 
  2. Divide the mixture into 6-8 small paper cups.
  3. Place a lolly stick in the centre of each popsicle.
  4. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
  5. When you're ready to enjoy them, peel away the paper cups and enjoy!
