- 45g oats
- 120ml whole milk
- 500ml plain yoghurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 180g dried cranberries, cherries, or other dried fruit
- In a medium bowl, stir all the ingredients together and combine well.
- Divide the mixture into 6-8 small paper cups.
- Place a lolly stick in the centre of each popsicle.
- Freeze for at least 24 hours.
- When you're ready to enjoy them, peel away the paper cups and enjoy!
