Spring is traditionally seen as a time of new beginnings. It’s lambing season and many crops are sown at this time of year for the autumn harvest.

A wide range of fresh salad ingredients are available throughout the springtime and you’ll also see British rhubarb, plums, strawberries and raspberries.
