The customer is always right (even when they’re wrong)
I received a very unusual request via the Dogfather website the other day. It was an enquiry from a posh concierge service in London on behalf of a wealthy client. I hadn’t come across concierge services outside of hotels so, intrigued, I had a quick Google and discovered that membership of services like this costs upwards of £15,000 a year and that most clients already have their own domestic staff. (Don’t we all..?) In effect – and I’m sure I’m doing them a huge disservice here – they’re supercharged PA’s
